The Commerce Manager marketing module will store the cost of a promotion, organize details of the campaign, input special deals and special freight offers.  Detailed analysis of the promotion can then be viewed in real time with a running profit calculated for a specific marketing activity.  Should you decide to run the campaign again, you can produce a forecast and reserve stock against the promotion.

Up and Cross Selling

To ensure maximum sales, up-selling and cross-selling prompts and instructions can be configured in the system.

Selling High Value Goods

If you are selling high value goods, you generally need to spend a little more time and care on the phone with your customers.

In sales order processing, call centre staff can display images, descriptive text and even sales hints to help close the sale.

In the same module, the sales staff can view customer details such as previous transactions, adding items to a “wish list” for the future, adding their name to future mailers, creating a targeted flyer and see a sales history of the categories of products purchased.

The sales staff can insert a memo against the customer so the next time they phone, all the details are flashed on the screen.  You can even set up a pop-up prompt to complete an action some time in the future.
